You can help support the Friends by joining us, volunteering to work with us, and donating items for sales and silent auctions.
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
To join the Friends or renew your membership, please click here or on the image below to download a membership form, or pick up a form in the Friends bookstore in the library lobby. The Friends of the Nipomo Library is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Donations and memberships are deductible to the full extent allowable by law.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
As a member at any level, you'll receive special members-only perks at our book sales, such as tickets for free books. Members with email accounts receive our newsletter, Library Link, every month. You'll make new friends and work with wonderful volunteers to enhance the Nipomo Library—and you'll take pride in contributing to the reading pleasure and education of children and adults alike.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
The Friends are always looking for volunteers to help us with our various programs. We usually have several opportunities available:

Serve on the Friends Board

Help at book sales and silent auctions

Work at special events or kids' story times

Help write grant proposals

Work on fundraising programs

Design flyers, posters, and signs

DONATE ITEMS FOR BOOK SALES AND SILENT AUCTIONS
Please bring new and gently used books, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, puzzles, and silent auction items to the library during regular hours. We cannot accept dirty, mildewed, or damaged items. If you would like us to pick up your donations, please contact us at info@friendsofnipomolibrary.org.
